Contact Courtney
Courtney was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula. She attended local schools Santa Catalina Lower School and Robert Louis Stevenson Upper School. She has always been surrounded by real estate as her mother, Stacey Golding, worked for the Mitchell Group (now Sotheby’s) and her husband is a commercial real estate agent.
Courtney attended Santa Clara University, graduating Cum Laude with a major in finance and a minor in art history. She then spent the next 8 years in San Francisco working as a finance and accounting recruiter for a nationwide firm, Kforce Professional Staffing. She was a top ten income producer, nationally.
Courtney moved back to the Monterey Peninsula in early 2007 and joined Sotheby’s International Realty. Her team ranked in the top 5% of Monterey Peninsula Sotheby’s International agents for 2009, and top 20% for 2008. In March of 2010, Courtney joined Carmel Realty. Since joining Carmel Realty, Courtney has sold $14.82M in sales. In 2010, she ranked in the top 4% among members of the Monterey County Association of Realtors and was also awarded the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate’s “Rookie of the Year.”
Courtney enjoys supporting the Monterey County SPCA and Monterey Bay Aquarium and she is a member of the Beach and Tennis Club in Pebble Beach. Courtney is enthusiastic about this area and proud to sell real estate in her home town. She believes her strengths lie not only in her knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula, but also in her dedication to her clients and her unwavering commitment to integrity.
